Why is responsible gambling important?
aqe999 believes online casino and betting is purely a form of entertainment. When playing starts causing stress instead of enjoyment, it is important to take the right steps. Our responsible gambling tools and guidelines help you stay in control at all times.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gambling is getting out of control, you can close your account yourself, either temporarily or permanently. Contact the support team and we will act quickly.
Setting Deposit Limits
Decide in advance how much you will deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Setting a deposit limit reduces the risk of going beyond your budget.
Time-Out Break
Want to take a break for a few days? Take a time-out for 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During this time login will be disabled and no betting activity will take place.
24/7 Support
Our Bengali-language live chat support is always here for any gambling-related concern. The expert team will help you make the right decision.
Setting a Loss Limit
There is an option to automatically stop your account if losses exceed a set amount. This feature protects you from large losses.

aqe999 strictly enforces a 21+ age limit. Parental control software is recommended to prevent children or minors from accessing the platform.

Core principles of responsible gambling
Keep these core principles in mind before playing at aqe999. Following them will ensure your experience always remains positive.
Responsible gambling means making your own decisions and seeing gambling purely as entertainment — not as a source of income.
Play for entertainment
Do not think of gambling as a source of income. It is a form of entertainment — just like going to the cinema or eating at a restaurant.
Set a budget
Only play with money that, if lost, will have no impact on your daily life.
Keep to a time limit
Set a time limit for each session and give priority to your other activities.
Do not try to recover lost money
If you lose, take it in your stride rather than feeling discouraged. Chasing losses is the biggest risk factor.
Do not play under the influence of alcohol or while under stress
Avoid making betting decisions when under the influence of substances or during a period of mental distress.
